Board Vacancy on Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation Board

The NHLC Board will have terms expiring on its Board. General qualifications for these positions include: affirmative interest in the organization; willing and able to devote time to perform necessary duties; thorough and diligent in learning methods and problems of the organization.
Duties: governs the Corporation which works to assert, protect, and defend Hawaiian land and traditional rights. 3 positions; 4-year term beginning November 28, 2009.
Anyone interested in serving in this capacity should submit to the HSBA Nominating Committee: a resume, reason for wanting to serve, and area of practice. Please note that these positions are uncompensated, and that applicants need to disclose all public disciplinary sanctions. If there have been none, then state that such is the case.
