This Tai Chi class will focus on the "10,000 Methods of Tai Chi". This class will follow the traditional methods of Tai Chi being fast and with great power. Instead of the 24 movement or 48 movement short forms, this class will eventually teach the 300 movement open hand form.
Mondays, 7:00-8:00 pm
Fee: $29/$39 non-resident
