Chief Justice Moon speaks to the Bar:
Friday, October 30 at noon at YWCA of Oahu, Fuller Hall:
Mark your calendar for a conversation with Chief Justice Moon at a critical time in the history of the bar, when the judiciary faces impending budget cuts and changes in administration and when the bar and members struggle to balance the pro bono needs of the community with the impact of the economy on practice, as well as multiple innovations such as MCLE, pro bono reporting, insurance reporting, and other changes.
Also at this meeting the HSBA will honor judges retiring in 2009 and the YLD will present its annual Justice and Liberty Bell Awards and conduct its annual meeting.
