Notes: Please join us for an HSBA ADR Section roundtable discussion at Noon on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, on the topic of Confirming, Vacating and Modifying Arbitration Awards.

This discussion will include tips and strategies for how best to preserve an arbitration award, potential pitfalls in timing and procedures on post-award motins, recent court decisions, and tips for amending or vacating an arbitration award that has gone awry.

Drinks will be provided. Feel free to bring a bag lunch.
