Stephen Sondheim and James Lupine interlace various fairy tale charcters in this whimsical, yet cautionary tale that follows the adventures of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (of Beanstalk fame), Rapunzel, and a Witch as they journey 'into the woods' to get their wish, while a Baker and his Wife attempt to reverse a family curse. You'll meet Jack's mother, Granny and the Wolf, two Charming Princes, Cinderella's family and very unhappy Giant -- all with unexpected results.
