Sparky the Dragon and the Islanders Ice Girls will be making an appearance at the Ice Rink located at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Make sure to stop by and go skating on the new rink. All fans will have the opportunity to take pictures with Sparky and the Ice Girls.
