Henry, who will host a panel, “Barack Obama: the First Year.” Prof. Henry is Chair, Dept. of African American Studies, UC Berkeley and author of Long Overdue: The Politics of Racial Reparations (New York University Press, 2007). <br> <br>Ernest Allen, Jr., Professor of African American History at the W.E. B.
